Samantha graduated from Azusa Pacific University with her doctorate in physical therapy in 2020. She received her undergraduate degree from CSUN in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science.
Samantha has treated in many areas, including home heath and inpatient, but her focus remains in outpatient orthopedic care. She enjoys educating, restoring, and providing optimistic outcomes to her patients in their time of injury.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys training with and showing Arabian horses. She loves animals, the outdoors, and spending time with her fiancé and their two dogs.

Cole Berweiler joined Vargo Physical Therapy in 2024 after graduating from Concorde Career college with his Physical Therapy Assistant license. He had worked as an aide for several years before going back to school to become a PTA.
Cole enjoys helping others and has found his passion in helping them rehabilitate from injuries and be able to return to their previous level of activity. He has had many sports injuries over the years, and understands the importance of assistance from healthcare, and he strives to provide the best care possible.
In his spare time, Cole can be found in Mammoth, skiing in the winter, and hiking and fishing in the summer. When not there, he spends his time playing golf, disc golf, and spending time with family and friends.

Adam Tejedor received his Physical Therapist Assistant License after graduating from CBD College. He also received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology while attending Cal State Northridge.
In the past, Adam spent his time breakdancing in high school, a hobby that got him intrigued with the human body and one that led him into this career choice. Adam enjoys pop culture, hip-hop dancing, and exercise in his free time.

Dr. Tigran Shamiryan is a licensed physical therapist who completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Mount St. Mary’s University.
A native of Glendale, CA, his interest in Physical Therapy stemmed from his decade-long training as a martial artist. He earned his undergraduate degree as a Biologist from the University of California, Irvine. He then pursued his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s University.
Dr. Shamiryan is passionate about serving his community, including assisting those requiring rehabilitation and injury prevention. As a charismatic and enthusiastic clinician, he treats individuals as more than just a diagnosis, but as a human being.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing chess, and weightlifting in his free time.
