The Moorpark clinic opened in February 2004, designed from the ground up with both patients and therapists in mind. With an open-floor plan, the clinic is equipped with every therapeutic tool necessary to help our patients. Our highly trained therapists provide focused attention to everyone. We are proud to serve the Moorpark community and surrounding areas with the highest standard of care.
The clinic is conveniently located near Highways 23 and 118 in a stand-alone building with easy accessibility and plenty of free parking.

James VargoCEO & Clinic Director (PT, MPT)James is a licensed Physical Therapist evaluating and treating patients at the Moorpark Vargo PT clinic. He is sports physical therapist and specializes in rehabilitation treatment for sports and industrial injuries as well as post-operative and age-related conditions. Mr. Vargo is ASTYM certified. He has also completed coursework in the application of Kinesiology Taping. Mr. Vargo is dedicated to delivering results by combining the most recent technology with advanced treatment practices.
After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Arizona, Mr. Vargo went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge. During his training he received extensive clinical experience serving as an intern at a number of outpatient physical therapy clinics as well as at Glendale Adventist Hospital.
When not working, Mr. Vargo enjoys playing basketball and volleyball. He is dedicated to his alma mater, the University of Arizona and also likes to take in a good baseball or football game as an avid Chicago Cubs and San Francisco 49ers fan.

Devin PopeAssistant Director (PT, DPT)Devin holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Outside of work Devin enjoys mountain biking, spending time with family, and being outdoors.

Kathryn EnegrenPhysical Therapist (PT, DPT)Kathryn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Cal State University Northridge and her Doctorate at the University of St. Augustine.
Mrs. Enegren was born and raised in Moorpark and enjoys giving back to the community in which she grew up.

Daniel DeldoPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Danny received his Physical Therapist Assistant license from Concorde Career College and has been with Vargo Physical Therapy since its inaugural year back in 2000.
In his spare time, Danny enjoys fishing, barbequing, and spending time with friends and family.

Bobby SuministradoPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Bobby graduated from Concorde Career College North Hollywood in 2024 with a Physical Therapy Assistant degree to help patients achieve a better quality of life.
In his spare time, Bobby loves spending time with his family, teaching martial arts, and helping people as a certified massage therapist.
