Evan SharpshairClinic Director (PT, DPT)Evan Sharpshair is a licensed physical therapist at the Vargo Clinic. Evan is a Southern California native with a passion for Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. He first became interested in physical therapy while receiving care for his own sports related injury in 2014. This experience introduced Evan to the PT profession and the value the rehabilitation team can provide.
After graduating from California State University Northridge in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science and a Minor in Philosophy, Evan earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2020. Evan enjoys working with patients across the life span and strives to improve his patients’ physical capabilities and experiences as they relate to movement and physical activity.
When he isn’t working, Evan tries to stay active by playing ice hockey and golf. He also enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Kevin OetkenPhysical Therapist (PT, DPT)Kevin earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee after completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at Cal Lutheran University, where he also competed as a student-athlete on the NCAA Water Polo team.
Outside the clinic, Kevin stays active with weightlifting, distance running, golf, and softball.

Brett SyringPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Brett originally joined the Vargo PT team in 2011 as an aide before furthering his education at Concorde Career College, where he graduated with his Physical Therapist Assistant license in 2018.
In his spare time, Brett enjoys traveling, wakeboarding, golfing and enjoying time with friends and family.

Kimberly RelosPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Kimmy is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Community Based Education and Development (CBD) College in Los Angeles in 2022.
Kimmy enjoys her free time by powerlifting, going to concerts, and spending time with loved ones.
