Vargo PT opened its Sherman Oaks clinic in 2006 in response to requests from several local physicians seeking quality physical therapy in the area. The clinic features a large, open-floor plan and is equipped to empower every patient’s path to recovery. Our team welcomes a diverse mix of patients, from athletes and dancers to those managing chronic pain, providing individualized and expert care. We are honored to serve the Sherman Oaks community and the many patients referred to us by neighboring medical providers.
The clinic is located on the same block as Sherman Oaks Hospital, just over one block from Highway 101, and offers 1 hour of parking validation per visit.

Steven EatonClinic Director (PT, DPT, CSCS)Dr. Steven Eaton Is the Clinical Director at the Vargo PT Sherman Oaks clinic. He is a licensed Physical Therapist, an ASTYM certified clinician, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and is CPR certified. He specializes in Outpatient Orthopedics and Sports Physical Therapy.
Dr. Eaton earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy and later earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences. He has a variety of clinical experience within the different fields of physical therapy with his emphasis being in orthopedics and sports rehab.
His hobbies include maintaining physical fitness, playing recreational sports, and spending time with his fiancé and two English bulldogs.

Jimmy JacintoPhysical Therapist (PT, DPT)He earned his Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University in Chicago and gained experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
During his free time, Jimmy enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, playing recreational sports, and maintaining his physical fitness.

Hien LuongPhysical Therapist (PT, DPT)Hien finished his Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Cal State University Northridge in 2019. After, he completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Oklahoma City University in 2023.
In his free time, Hien enjoys spending time with family and bike rides along the beach.

Joshua CookPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Joshua graduated with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree in December 2020 from CBD College in Los Angeles, after rehabilitating from a martial arts knee injury.
In his free time, Josh enjoys his other passions of cooking, gardening, hiking, and spending time with his family.
